Gong Engage includes everything your sales team needs to drive quality engagement from first-touch to closed-won, all in one place:

Want a quick 1:1 video call? Insert a scheduling link into any Engage email as you’re writing it. Need more flexibility for a VIP prospect? Create a one-off meeting. Rounding up a group for a technical discovery meeting? Create a poll. You can do all this from the Calendly menu in your Gong Engage email composer.

Calendly for Gong Engage also lets you add curated times to your email. Embed available times as a tidy grid of buttons so your prospects can quickly scan and click to book a meeting, saving them a step and bringing you that much closer to a closed deal.

Get started with Calendly for Gong Engage

Calendly for Gong Engage is available to all Calendly users who also use Gong Engage. To get started with the integration:

  1. Download a Calendly browser extension if you haven’t already.

  2. From your browser extension sidebar, go to the Integrations tab.

  3. Find the Gong toggle button, and check “on.”

  4. Sign in to Gong and open an email composer.

  5. Click the Calendly button from the compose toolbar.
